Phoenix Scenery


I feel as though I should include these last photos of Fenghuang, as they are pretty to look at and show a little of the iconic sights. The above photo shows the river and a little bit of the unique architecture of the town.

Here is a similar shot, which shows the proximity of the mountains to certain parts of town.

Many of the 'gondoliers' were either picking garbage from the river or were snagging some edible river plants. 

The house on the hill belongs to a famous artist.

The town is lit up in neon lights at night.

Many people enjoyed the town at night.

The iconic tower is lit up with the rest of the town.

A shot from my seat at the bar with the live music. It was a pretty good seat.

Interesting that they use colored lights to enhance the sights after dark. Makes for a very cool experience. Hope you're not still anchored to that seat at the bar. Great pictures!! Thanks!
